The Learning Tree School ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us through this website, our enquiry form, and our contact form. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you submit our Enquire Form or Contact Us form, we collect information such as the parent/guardian's name, child's name, child's age, mobile number, email address, and the program you are enquiring about, along with any message you choose to share with us. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children through this website.
We use the information you provide to respond to admissions enquiries, share information about our programs and fees, schedule campus visits, and communicate updates related to your enquiry or your child's enrollment. We may also use your contact details to send occasional updates about admissions timelines, provided you have not opted out of such communication.
Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important to us. Information about a child submitted through our forms (such as name and age) is used solely for admissions and enrollment purposes and is not shared publicly. Photographs or videos of enrolled children are used only as described in our Terms & Conditions, and parents may opt out at any time by contacting the school office.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Information you share with us is used internally by The Learning Tree School's admissions and administrative team. We may share information with service providers who help us operate our website or communications (such as email or hosting providers), solely for that purpose and under confidentiality obligations.
Our website may use basic cookies or similar technologies to ensure the site functions correctly and to understand general usage patterns. These do not collect sensitive personal information and you can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may contact us at any time to review, correct, or request deletion of the personal information you have shared with us through our forms, subject to any records we are required to retain for admissions or legal purposes.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how your information is handled, please contact us at info@thelearningtreeschool.in or call 91 70222 33700.
