Admission to The Learning Tree School is subject to seat availability, submission of accurate and complete documentation, and payment of applicable fees. Information provided during admission (including age, medical, and contact details) must be true and accurate; the school is not responsible for consequences arising from incorrect information supplied by parents or guardians.

Fees once paid are generally non-refundable except as permitted under the school's refund policy in force at the time. However, the school's liability is limited to circumstances within its reasonable control and does not extend to accidents, injuries, or incidents arising from causes beyond its control. Parents are requested to inform the school of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs relevant to their child's care.
